Workshop Review: Healthy Holiday Baking

Thank you for coming out to our Healthy Holiday Baking workshop this month!

Returning baker Scott Bernstein, from our Easy Bread Making workshop,  showed us how to incorporate honey into shortbread and honey cake with caramelized pears.

Participants at the workshop also learned a bit about making substitutions in baking to accommodate diet restrictions.

We learned lots that evening, and thank you to all participants who helped make the workshop a success.
